Yoga Classes in Brighton

My classes offer a friendly and supportive environment in which you can unwind, move and breathe. I’m much more interested in helping you feel comfortable in your body than achieve a perfect posture.

I bring a nurturing and contemplative approach to all my classes. I also enjoy working with sound, both in movement and sitting, as a means to release tension and bring focus to the mind.

I specialise in teaching small groups in a warm and homely environment. From April 2020 all of the following classes will be taught online via Zoom.
